Pillar 3 – Experiential Learnings

The mission and vision of Pillar 3 are to broaden and deepen education through hands-on experience in cleanroom and lab environments. Experiential opportunities will expand the scope of people interested in semiconductors, including K-12, educators, veterans and more. Experiential learning allows new learners to grasp the complexities of semiconductors while gaining practical, hands-on skills and competencies necessary to pursue semiconductor industry careers. 

Pillar 3 also aims to deepen understanding for those already involved in related fields, such as undergraduate and graduate students, engineers, and business or supply chain professionals. By providing access to immersive, experiential learning, participants can explore semiconductors in greater depth and apply their knowledge in practical contexts.
